Payment Options
Plan 1: Save Money with Annual Payment
Save money with Annual Payment in Full with Cash, Check or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Make check payable to Jewish Community Center. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the year and will remain in effect until 30 days written notice of cancellation is received.
Plan 2: Monthly Payments by Bank Draft
When you sign the bank draft agreement and provide your checking account information, you authorize the JCC to automatically deduct affordable payments from your checking account each month. First month's payment and joining fee, if applicable, are required at the time of contract signing.
Plan 3: Monthly Payments by Credit/Debit Card Draft
Authorize a credit card draft of affordable monthly payments. Note your credit card number and expiration date on the Credit/Debit Card Draft form with your signature. First month's payment and joining fee if applicable, are required at the time of contract signing.
- Your membership will automatically renew on the 15th of every month and will remain in effect until 30 days written notice of cancellation is received.
- Your acount will be drafted on the 15th of each month, the JCC fiscal month begins on the 15th and ends of the 14th.
- $25 Penalty Fee for all non-sufficient draft and/or checks.

A Building Assessment Fee of $25 will be added to most Universal categories to help offset repair and maintenance of the Uptown facility.
If a person re-joins after having dropped their membership, a $75 re-joining fee is charged.
