NetChex

We are in the process of implementing the Employee Self Service module of our payroll system.  With Employee Self Service you will be able to view and print current and previous check stubs, change your own demographic information and update your emergency contacts from any place that has access to the internet.  You willreceive information on the Employee Self Service module by mail by July 5, 2010.  The information will be mailed to the address that is currently in the Netchex payroll system. 

If you need to change your address please e-mail  corinne@nojcc.org.  If you do not receive the information by mail before July 5, please contact Corinne to get your system generated Login Name and password that is needed to access the module. Once in, you will be able to personalize your Login password which is necessary to protect the security of your payroll information. 

All staff can login to Net Chex to update their profile information and emergency contacts.

JCC Emergency Procedures

In the event of a hurricane, full timel employees should login to the emergency website to access contact information.

This will be the place you look if evacuation information is needed.
