New Orleans Parents' Club
An opportunity to socialize with other parents and learn important skills that will help guide parents through the everyday blessings and challenges of parenthood. Each session will be facilitated by Dr. Dahlia Topolosky, a licensed psychologist, with topics focusing on positive parenting techniques and addressing ways to build your child's self-esteem and encourage a healthy nurturing family environment.

Try a Triathlon
This super sprint triathlon is the perfect way to see if you are up for the Triathlon challenge.
- Swim: 17 Laps
- Run: 1.5 miles
- Bike: 10 minutes
