TAI CHI FOR WELLNESS - BEGINNER

Help to reduce stress and pain while improving balance, coordination, flexibility and sleep. Slow relaxed motions connect your breathing with movement and provide a gentle, meditative workout without the risk of injury or discomfort.

LEARN TO RUN FOR THE CCC

TRX GROUP TRAINING

TRX Suspension training uses your own body weight for resistance. TRX certified trainers teach you to engage your core and work all muscle groups during each class. All levels welcome. No class November 22 or 24.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES TRY-A-THON FREE TRIAL!

Try five group fitness classes in two hours: Zumba, Tone Up, Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, and Yoga.  Each class lasts 15 minutes.  Get a sampling of the JCC Group Fitness Program.  Finish all five classes and become eligible for prize drawings.

SHOULDER OPENER

Learn yoga poses to relieve tight shoulder muscles and increase your range of motion.  Use breathing and stretching techniques to relax your shoulders where the body often holds tension.  No yoga experience needed.
