To facilitate the health of one’s body and mind through cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility training and a special emphasis on core strength building. I believe the body and mind are connected and by strengthening and supporting one, you do so for the other.

Qualifications:

  • ACSM Personal Trainer Certified
  • Silver Sneakers Program Certified
  • CPR/AED Certified
