Our Fitness Mission

Our community embraces health and wellness — and JCC Fitness Centers are committed to helping members achieve positive lifestyle changes. Conveniently located in New Orleans and Metairie, these spacious, well-maintained facilities offer state-of-the-art equipment, professionally directed classes and a friendly staff that helps members get the most from their workouts. As service providers, the JCC aims to match the diversity of our membership — a group that encompasses marathon runners, fitness newcomers and enthusiasts, youth trainers, recreational swimmers and seniors determined to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Babysitting

The JCC provides babysitting services for members who are using the fitness center. This popular service for children aged 6 months to 6 years is by appointment and a fee is charged. 
UPTOWN: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM | Sunday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
METAIRIE: Sunday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.
